Choice of Law and Venue

This agreement is entered into and performed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you agree this agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without consideration to the principles of the conflicts of law. Your continued use of our Services confirms your consent and submission to personal jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and venue of Worcester County for any state or federal action arising out of the use of our Services or these Terms.
